iMotion Technology (01274.HK) is a technology-driven enterprise distinguished by its advanced autonomous driving algorithms and outstanding integrated software-hardware capabilities. The company’s global headquarters is located on the banks of the Wusong River in Suzhou Industrial Park, with a total construction area of approximately 72,000 square meters. Among them, the 6,068-square-meter Cultural Center encompasses a digital exhibition hall, café, business reception area, library, and gym. The space planning and interior design were undertaken by Patton CMC, with the goal of enriching corporate culture and inspiring greater internal motivation among employees. The design fully leverages the building’s generous ceiling heights and riverside location to create an open and light-filled cultural environment. Public spaces are concentrated in the atrium areas between the 1st–3rd floors and 11th–13th floors. During the design consultation process, Patton CMC avoided superficial visual displays, instead allowing the brand’s DNA to naturally permeate both visitor and employee experiences. The digital exhibition hall, located on the northwest side of the first floor, features a luminous ceiling and marble flooring that together evoke a clean, high-tech atmosphere. The café, characterized by wood-grain aluminum panels complemented with greenery and warm lighting, offers a cozy and inviting “third space.” The leisure center on the second floor integrates reading, fitness, and psychological wellness functions, clearly separating active and quiet zones while maintaining spatial coherence, enhancing employees’ sense of happiness and belonging. The entire third floor serves as a business reception area, where a walnut wood palette creates a composed and elegant tone. The wine and cigar bar uses diverse materials to convey a refined business experience, while the Chinese private dining rooms emphasize privacy and acoustic comfort, with focused lighting that accentuates the presentation of cuisine and fosters a sophisticated dining ambiance.
